PresSpray Plus - precise
dispensing of fluids in an airless spray
The MicroSpray-II and the MiniSpray-II Spraying Systems deliver a predetermined amount of fluid in an Airless Spray to
the work area upon command. Precise, controlled dispensing of fluids. If there is an application where a measured amount of lubricant is required on a demand schedule the LSP Airless Spray Equipment is ideally suited for the job.
How The PresSpray Plus Works.
Each nozzle is controlled by a separate Ejector. When an actuator switch is tripped either electrically or manually the
Univalve air valve dumps air into an air manifold triggering all assembled ejectors. The nozzle spray patterns are
individually controlled with the volume and velocity controls on each ejector.
The MicroSpray-II
Delivers a predetermined amount of fluid in an Airless Spray to the work area upon command. When an existing job needs
more Ejectors simply screw another
manifold into the system with four screws and then insert the new Ejector. An Ejector can be removed and
replaced in minutes should service be required.
MiniSpray-II
MiniSpray-II is ideal for the larger applications or those
requiring a heavier viscosity fluid. It
dispenses 75 percent more fluid and can spray heavier
fluids. Each Ejector allows for individual control of fluid and velocity control of the fluid. One Ejector can
handle two nozzles when necessary.
Ejectors
The PresSpray-II Ejectors are used in groups of up to
six units in a bank. Multiple banks can be grouped for larger applications. Each Ejector can be regulated as to the volume of
fluid it is to dispense plus the velocity that the fluid is dispensed can be regulated. Dependent ejectors dispense fluid at the same time when
actuated. Independent ejectors (shown above)) - either Airless or Air Assist - dispense fluid independently of each other.
